Before you start
This manual walks you through running a store on SIA KAMI Ecommerce, from first sign-in to daily order handling, marketing and settings. Each chapter follows the jobs you do every day, with screenshots and short videos.
All screenshots come from Noor Boutique, a sample fashion store set up for this manual. Its products, customers and orders are examples. Your own store looks the same, with your brand name in the top-left corner and your own data.
How to read the instructions
- Menu paths are written like this: Products › Collections. The first part is the item in the left menu, the next part is the tab across the top of the page.
- Button and field names are in bold, exactly as they appear on screen.
- Click any screenshot to see it full size. Videos have captions on screen and no sound, so you can watch them anywhere.
Set up a new store: the order to work in
If your store is new, these steps get it ready to take orders. Each one links to the page that explains it.
- Fill in your store name, currencies and contact details in Store details.
- Create the countries you sell to in Regions & tax.
- Add your warehouse or shop as a location, then set delivery prices in Shipping & delivery.
- Turn on the ways customers can pay, such as cash on delivery, bank transfer or cards, in Payments.
- Build your catalogue: add products, then group them in collections and categories.
- Choose and customise your storefront design in Storefront design.
- Invite your team and give each person a role in Team & access.
- If you sell made-to-order designs, add your partners and switch on Production.
- Check customer emails in Notifications, run the Launch readiness checklist, then open the store in Storefront access.
Getting started
Sign in, learn the layout of the admin, and set up your own profile.
Open the admin address your store was given (it usually ends in -api.siakami.com/app). Enter your work email and password and click Continue with Email. Stores that use the central staff sign-in show that sign-in box instead; use the same email and password.
Forgot your password? Click Reset under the form and follow the email you receive.
Find your way around
The left menu holds everything you work with daily. The most used areas, Orders, Products, Inventory and Customers, are always open. The rest sit in groups you can expand: Marketing, Insights, Online store and Risk. Settings is at the bottom.
Most menu items open a page with tabs across the top. For example, Orders has All orders, Drafts and Payment verification.
| Menu | Tabs inside | Use it to |
|---|---|---|
| Orders | All orders · Drafts · Payment verification | Process, ship, refund and verify payment for orders |
| Products | All products · Collections · Categories · Bulk edit · Featured order · Size charts · How to measure | Build and organise your catalogue |
| Inventory | Stock levels · Reservations · Aging | Track and adjust stock at each location |
| Customers | All customers · Segments · Insights · Enquiries · Abandoned carts | Look after customers and follow up |
| Marketing › Promotions | Discounts · Campaigns · Affiliates | Run discount codes and offers |
| Marketing › Pricing | Price lists · Pricing rules | Sale prices and conditional pricing |
| Insights | Analytics (8 dashboards) · Reports | Measure sales, traffic and operations |
| Online store | Storefront design · Search & discovery · Blog & pages | Shape what shoppers see |
| Risk | Fraud review · Brand protection · Blocklist | Stop suspicious orders and listings |
Jump anywhere with search
Click Search at the top of the left menu, or press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac). Type a page name, an order number, a product or a customer, then press Enter.
Keyboard shortcuts are shown beside each page. For example, press G then O to go to Orders.
Your profile and password
Settings › My profile
Change your name and admin language, turn on Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and change your password. A new password must be at least 12 characters.
Products and catalogue
Add what you sell, set prices and stock for each size or colour, and organise products so shoppers can find them.
Products, variants and SKUs
A product is one item in your shop, such as "Noor Embroidered Kurta". Its variants are the choices a shopper makes, such as Size or Colour. Each combination of choices is a SKU, for example "Size M", and each SKU has its own code, price and stock.
Add a product
Products › All products › Create
- Go to Products and click Create.
- Details: enter the Title, an optional Subtitle and the Description. The Handle is the web address of the product; leave it blank and it is made from the title.
- Under Media, drag in your photos or click to upload. The first photo is the main image.
- If the product comes in sizes or colours, turn on Yes, this is a product with multiple SKUs. In Product variants type a name such as Size and choose Create, then type each value (S, M, L) and press Enter after each. The SKU list below fills in by itself; untick any combination you do not sell.
- Click Continue. On Organize, choose the Type, Collection, Categories, Tags and Shipping profile. Turn off Discountable if discount codes must never apply to this product.
- Click Continue. On SKUs, fill in the grid like a spreadsheet: a SKU code for each row, tick Managed inventory to track stock, and enter the price in each currency.
- Click Publish to put it on sale, or Save as draft to finish later.
Edit a product
Click a product in the list to open it. Each box has a ••• menu with an Edit option.
- Search appearance: the title and description Google shows. Click Edit to write your own instead of the defaults.
- Pictures: add photos or videos, drag to reorder, and add alt text so screen readers and search engines can describe each image.
- Ask for pricing: hide the price and show an Inquire on WhatsApp button instead, useful for made-to-order pieces.
- Attributes: fabric, weight and measurements used for shipping and filters.
- Variants and SKUs: add sizes, change prices or stock, or edit several SKUs at once in the grid.
- Sales channels: choose where the product is sold, for example your online store or your shop.
To take a product off sale without deleting it, open the ••• menu beside its title, choose Edit and set the status to Draft.
Organise with collections, categories, types and tags
| Group | What it is for | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Collection | A hand-picked set, often seasonal or for a campaign | Eid Edit, Summer Lawn 2026 |
| Category | Your shop's menu tree; a category can contain sub-categories | Women › Ready to Wear |
| Type | What kind of item it is; one per product | Kurta, Dupatta, Footwear |
| Tag | Free labels for filtering and search | lawn, embroidered, wedding |
Collections
Products › Collections
Click Create, give the collection a title, then open it and use Add products. Inside a collection you can drag products into the order shoppers see them, and edit its search appearance.
Categories
Products › Categories
Click Create to add a category, and choose a parent to nest it. Edit ranking lets you drag categories into the order they appear in your shop menu. Set a category's Visibility to internal to hide it from shoppers.
Types and tags
Settings › Catalog setup
The Overview tab counts your categories, collections, tags, types and products, and flags any products missing a category, type or tag. Use the Product types and Product tags tabs to create or rename them.
Change many products at once
Products › Bulk edit
Filter the catalogue, tick the products you want, and choose an action for all of them: Change status, Set collection, Set type, Add or remove tag, Add or remove sales channel, Assign size chart or Assign How to Measure guide. Export current filter downloads the filtered list as a spreadsheet.
Import and export products
On Products › All products, click Export to download your products as a CSV file, or Import to upload one. Download product-import-template.csv from the import panel to see the columns. To update existing products, keep their handle and ID in the file; you are asked to confirm before anything changes.
Other bulk files, including promotions, price lists, collections and categories, tags and types, stock levels, product attributes and shipping rates, are imported under Settings › Data & maintenance › Import. Pick the data type, download its template or your current data, edit it, and drop the file back in.
Choose which products show first
Products › Featured order
Search for a product and add it to put it at the top of your main shop listing. Drag to arrange, then click Save order. Products you do not place keep appearing after these. Category and collection pages keep their own order, set on those pages.
Size charts and measuring guides
Products › Size charts · Products › How to measure
A size chart is a table of measurements per size. Click Create size chart, or Import from file to load one from a spreadsheet. A How to measure guide is an image that shows shoppers how to take their measurements; click Create guide.
One chart or guide can be linked to any number of products, either on each product page or for many products at once in Bulk edit. Editing a chart updates it on every product that uses it.
Inventory
See how much stock you have at each location, correct counts after a delivery or stock-take, and spot slow-moving stock.
Check and adjust stock
Inventory › Stock levels
- Open Inventory and search by SKU code or name.
- Click the SKU. The Locations box shows Reserved, In stock and Available for each location.
- Open the ••• menu on the location's row and choose Edit.
- Enter the new total In stock for that location and click Save.
Available is in stock minus reserved. Stock is reserved as soon as an order is placed and released when it ships or is cancelled. Use Manage locations to stock a SKU at another location.
Reservations
Inventory › Reservations
Lists stock held for open orders. Click Create to hold stock by hand, for example for a customer collecting from your shop later.
Find slow-moving stock
Inventory › Aging
Groups your stock by how long it has been sitting: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. The tiles show how many SKUs you track, the money tied up in stock, the average age, and the share of stale stock. Each row suggests a markdown for older stock. Click Export CSV to work on the list in a spreadsheet.
Locations
Settings › Shipping & delivery › Locations
A location is anywhere you keep stock: a warehouse, a shop or a stitching unit. Click Create and enter the address. Open a location to switch on Shipping and Pickup from it, choose its delivery zones and shipping options, and pick which sales channels it serves.
Orders
Every order goes through the same path: placed, paid, packed, shipped, delivered. This chapter covers each step and what to do when something changes.
Find orders
Orders › All orders
The list shows each order's number, date, customer, sales channel, payment status, fulfilment status and total. Use Search for an order number, name or email, and Add filter to narrow by region, sales channel or date. Export downloads the list as a CSV file.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Authorized | The payment is approved but not yet collected. Capture it before or when you ship. |
| Captured | The money has been collected. |
| Not fulfilled | Nothing has been packed yet. |
| Fulfilled | Items are packed and waiting for the courier. |
| Shipped | The parcel has left, with a tracking number. |
| Delivered | The courier has confirmed delivery. |
The order page
- Download invoice: Original Invoice prints in the order currency; Brand Invoice converts to US dollars at the rate you type, or your default rate. The invoice opens in a new tab; use your browser's Save as PDF.
- Summary: items, shipping, tax, discounts, what has been paid and what is outstanding.
- Payments: each payment, with options to capture or refund.
- Fraud check: a risk score with the reasons behind it, and Approve & capture or Reject & void buttons. See Risk.
- Customer: contact details and addresses, with copy buttons.
- Order progress: click Add activity to record steps such as "Stitching started" or "Called customer". You set the list of activities in Order setup.
- Activity and History: a timeline of everything that happened to the order, and which staff member did it.
Pack and ship an order
- Open the order and scroll to Unfulfilled Items.
- Open the ••• menu on that box and choose Fulfill items.
- Check the Location the parcel leaves from, the Shipping method and the quantity of each item. Leave Send notification on to email the customer. Click Create Fulfillment.
- When the parcel is ready to go, click Mark as shipped on the new fulfilment box. Book a connected courier there (see Book a courier when you ship), or choose Other / enter tracking manually and type the tracking number. The customer gets the shipped email with the tracking link.
- Once the courier confirms, click Mark as delivered.
Book a courier when you ship
Orders › an order › Mark as shipped
When a parcel is ready, you can book the courier straight from the order. The consignment is created with the courier, its label is saved on the order, and the tracking number fills in by itself. The customer's shipped email carries the courier's tracking link.
- Fulfil the items as usual (see Pack and ship an order), then click Mark as shipped on the fulfilment box.
- Under Ship with, every courier you have turned on is listed. Nothing is selected for you: pick the courier you want for this parcel. Each courier shows whether it Delivers to the customer's city and whether it takes COD.
- Check Weight (g), Pieces and the COD amount. For an order paid online the amount is 0 and shows Paid online — nothing to collect. Add Delivery notes for the rider if needed.
- Click Book shipment. You see Shipped via … — CN … and the fulfilment is marked shipped. Leave Send notification on to email the customer.
After booking: the Shipments panel
Each fulfilment on the order page now has a Shipments panel showing the courier, the CN (consignment number) and its status. From there you can:
- Print label or Download label. Stored labels are removed after the number of days set under Couriers; after that, reprint from the courier's own portal.
- Open Public tracking, the same link the customer gets. Couriers without a tracking page show Courier website instead.
- Open Shipping log to see every booking step and tracking update from the courier.
- Retry label if the label could not be saved, or retry marking the parcel shipped if that step failed.
- Cancel booking to cancel the CN with the courier. This does not cancel the order or its fulfilment. CallCourier cannot be cancelled online: cancel by phone, then click Mark cancelled.
Track all courier bookings
Orders › Shipments
One list of every consignment booked from Mark as shipped, newest first, with the Order, Courier, CN, Status, Tracking, and who booked it and when. Filter by courier or status, or search by tracking number.
Choose Needs attention to see bookings that failed, whose label could not be saved, that were booked but not marked shipped, whose cancellation failed, or that have had no tracking update for 72 hours. Open the order to fix them from its Shipments panel.
Verify cash on delivery and bank transfers
Orders › Payment verification
Orders paid by a manual method wait here until someone checks the money has arrived. Cash on delivery orders need the advance confirmed; bank and wallet payments need a receipt. Open the order, compare the receipt with your bank statement, and confirm to capture the payment.
The Accounts & Payments Officer role is made for this job: it can verify receipts but cannot refund or change settings.
Edit an order, returns, exchanges and claims
Open the order and use the ••• menu on the Summary box:
- Edit order: add or remove items or change quantities before the order ships. If the total changes, the customer pays the difference or is refunded.
- Create Return: choose the items coming back, a return reason and whether to refund. Mark the return received when the parcel arrives.
- Create Exchange: take back an item and send a different one, such as another size.
- Create Claim: replace or refund items that arrived damaged or missing, without the customer sending anything back.
A greyed-out option means the order is not in a state that allows it yet, for example nothing has been shipped. To cancel an order that has not shipped, use the ••• menu beside the order number and choose Cancel.
Refunds are made from the Payments box: open the ••• menu on the payment, choose Refund, enter the amount and a refund reason.
Take a phone or WhatsApp order
Orders › Drafts › Create
A draft order is an order you build for a customer. Choose the customer (or enter their details), add products, pick the shipping method and add any discount. When the customer has paid or agreed to cash on delivery, convert the draft into a real order. It then appears in All orders like any other.
Order setup: activities and reasons
Settings › Order setup
- Order activities: the list staff pick from when they click Add activity on an order. Click + New Activity.
- Return reasons: the reasons offered on a return, such as Wrong size or Arrived damaged.
- Refund reasons: the reasons recorded with each refund.
Made to order
Designs that are made after the customer orders: send each order to the partner who makes it with a Work Order, receive and check the pieces, then ship. Customers see an honest "ships by" date.
How made-to-order works
A made-to-order product has no stock waiting on a shelf. Instead of keeping a placeholder number in inventory, the store raises a Work Order for the piece and tracks it until it arrives back with you.
- A customer orders a made-to-order design. A Work Order (numbered like WO-000012) is raised for the partner who makes it.
- The Work Order is sent to the partner by email, with a PDF if you turn that on. The partner accepts it and reports progress, either by email to you or in their own partner portal.
- The finished pieces arrive. You Receive goods, which adds them to stock at your production location, and optionally inspect them.
- Only received (and, if required, inspected) pieces can be fulfilled. Then you pack and ship as usual.
Set up production and partners
Settings › Order setup › Production
The Production page holds every made-to-order setting. The most important ones:
- Made-to-order: the master switch. Off means no Work Orders are raised.
- Production location: where made-to-order stock is held and goods are received.
- Products without a setting are: the store default mode, and the Default lead time (days) used when neither the product nor the partner has one.
- One Work Order per: per order line, or one per order for each partner.
- Send Work Orders automatically: off means Work Orders wait as drafts until someone clicks Send to partner.
- Block fulfilment until received: refuses to fulfil a made-to-order item beyond what has been received. Leave it on.
- Partners, QC and alerts: the partner portal, a PDF on Work Order emails, Require QC before shipping, and the hourly SLA monitor that alerts staff once when a Work Order is overdue.
- Customer: what shoppers see. See What customers see.
- Delist and backorder: what happens when a partner runs out of material. See When a partner is out of stock.
Add a production partner
- Scroll to Production partners and click Add partner.
- Enter the Name, Contact name, Email, Phone and WhatsApp (shown to staff), and the partner's usual Lead time in days (blank uses the store default).
- Under Emails, choose One email per Work Order or A daily digest. Turn on Partner portal (links in emails) if this partner will update Work Orders online.
- Tick Default partner for the partner who makes most of your pieces, and click Save.
Mark products as made to order
Open a product and scroll to the tabs near the bottom: Selling › Fulfilment. Set Mode to Made to order, Ready to ship, or From stock, then made to order (sells any stock first). You can choose the Partner and Lead time (days) for this product, then click Save. A single size can have its own setting in the Override list below.
To set many products at once, tick them in Bulk edit and choose Set fulfilment mode.
Work orders: send, receive and check
Orders › Work orders
The queue lists every Work Order with its Order, SKU, Size, Partner, Due date and the partner's Promised / expected date. The tabs across the top follow the status: Draft, Sent, In production (accepted, in production, dispatched or in rework), On hold, Partially received, Received, Closed and Cancelled (which also holds declined ones).
Tick Overdue, Due this week, SLA breached or Awaiting confirmation to narrow the list, filter by partner, or search by WO number, SKU or order number. On the Draft tab, tick several Work Orders and click Send to partner to send them together.
Follow a Work Order through
- Open the Work Order. If it is a Draft, check the items and instructions, add photos if useful, and click Send to partner. PDF gives a printable copy.
- As the partner reports back, the status moves through Sent, Accepted, In production and Dispatched. You can also move it yourself with the status buttons. Every step is listed under Timeline and in the order's activity.
- When the pieces arrive, click Receive goods. Enter Quantity OK and any Quantity rejected with the reason, click Review, then Confirm receipt. Pieces marked OK go into stock at your production location; rejected ones stay outstanding.
- To check the pieces, click Inspect (it shows how many are awaiting QC). Enter how many Passed and Failed, say what failed, add photos if useful (on a phone you can use the camera), then Review and Record inspection. Failed pieces leave stock and the Work Order goes back to the partner as Rework.
- Fulfil the order as usual. Once everything is shipped the Work Order is Closed.
Every Work Order step is also written to the order's Order progress, so anyone looking at the order sees where production stands.
The partner portal
A link in the partner's Work Order email
Partners do not sign in to the admin. When the portal is on for a partner, every Work Order email and daily digest carries a private link to their own page. There they see their open Work Orders with due dates and instructions, and can:
- Accept a Work Order, optionally with a promised date, or Decline it with a reason.
- Start production, then mark it Dispatched with the Expected arrival date.
- Add photos of the work in progress.
- Report Out of stock and choose what the store should do (see the next section), then Restocked – resume when material is back.
Links expire after the number of days in Portal links valid for (days). If a link is shared by mistake, open the partner under Production partners and click Revoke links; their next email carries a new one.
When a partner is out of stock
A partner who runs out of material declines the Work Order, or reports it after accepting, and chooses one of two outcomes for the design:
- Delist: stop selling it. The product stays published but shows as sold out, with a Notify me button, and it cannot be added to a cart.
- Backorder: keep selling from a restock date. Ships-by dates move out to the restock date plus the lead time, and the Work Order waits On hold (restock).
The Work Order shows the partner's choice, marked Awaiting confirmation. Click Confirm backorder (or Confirm delist) to apply it, change the restock date first if needed, or switch with Change to delist / Backorder. Tick Only the sizes on this Work Order to limit it to those sizes rather than the whole design. When material is back, click Restocked; on-hold Work Orders for that design resume. Relisting a product emails everyone who asked to be notified.
The declined Work Order itself waits for you: send it again later, give it to another partner, or cancel the line. Nothing happens to it automatically.
You can also delist, relist or set a restock date yourself under Sale state in the product's Fulfilment panel, or for many products at once with Delist or relist in Bulk edit.
What customers see
Settings › Order setup › Production › Customer
Each of these is off until you switch it on:
- Show ships-by dates in the store: made-to-order items show "Made to order — ships by …" on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. Safety buffer (days) is added to this date only, never to the partner's due date.
- Order timeline for customers: the customer's order page shows each item's estimated ship date and a tracker: Confirmed, Being made, Pending shipment, Shipped, Delivered.
- Email customers about production: at most two emails per order, "Being made" when production starts and "Ready to ship" when every item is made. The Made-to-order progress email under Notifications must be on too.
- Backorder in product feeds: Google Shopping gets "backorder" with the ship date for made-to-order items.
- A Ready to ship filter lets shoppers hide made-to-order products in search and listings.
Production reports
Orders › Production reports
Pick a date range and partner to see how production is going: open Work Orders and units outstanding by partner and product, order-to-ship days, each partner's on-time rate, Work Orders by stage, rejection and QC failure rates, out-of-stock outcomes (delisted, backordered, relisted) and margin where costs are set. Download CSV exports the report for the chosen dates and partner. Costs come from the unit cost entered on each Work Order.
Customers
Every person who orders becomes a customer record. Group them into segments, see who your best customers are, and answer their messages.
Customer records
Customers › All customers
Click a customer to see their contact details, addresses, orders and segments. Customers who checked out without an account show as Guest.
- Addresses lists every saved address in full, defaults first. Click Add or Edit address to change one, and set the default shipping or billing address there. Roles that may not see personal details see these fields masked, marked Hidden for your role, and cannot change them.
- Fraud risk gives a score out of 100 based on flagged orders, blocklist hits and account age.
- Data protection shows what the customer agreed to receive. Use JSON or CSV to give a customer a copy of their data when they ask for it.
- Anonymize and delete removes personal details for a customer who asks to be forgotten. It cannot be undone; orders stay in your records without the personal details.

Risk › Risk & protection › Blocklist blocks orders from emails, IP addresses, phone numbers or addresses you name. Click Add Entry, or Bulk Import for a list.

Team and roles
Settings › Team & access
- Open the Team tab and click Add staff.
- Enter their work email and choose a Role.
- Click Add. If the email already has a sign-in, for example they work for another store, they get access straight away. Otherwise they receive an invitation, set their own password, and have the role from their first sign-in.
To change someone's role, pick a new one in their row. Suspend stops their access at once. The Roles & permissions tab shows what each role can view and manage, area by area; sensitive actions such as refunds, exports and publishing sit under Advanced. Click Add role to make your own. The Activity log tab records who did what, with filters and a CSV download.

Store details
Settings › Store details
- General: store name, default currency, default region, sales channel and stock location, and the currencies you accept.
- Exchange rates: enter each currency as units per 1 US dollar, choose how converted prices are rounded, then click Dry run to preview and Sync prices now to recalculate every currency from your rupee prices.
- Contact & invoice: the support email that receives contact-form messages, the website, phone and address printed on invoices, and the storefront address used in email links.
- Translations, Storefront access and URL redirects: see Online store.
Regions, tax and launch readiness
Settings › Regions & tax
A region is a group of countries that share a currency, tax settings and payment methods, for example "Pakistan" in rupees and "International" in US dollars. Click Create, choose the countries, currency and payment methods.
Tax regions holds tax rates per country. Launch readiness runs a checklist for a region before you open it: region setup, payments, shipping, tax, translations and legal pages.
Shipping and couriers
Settings › Shipping & delivery › Shipping rules sets delivery prices for a single country or a group of countries. Click Methods first to create your delivery methods (for example Standard and Express), then Add rule to price them by weight band. Amounts are in rupees; other currencies follow your exchange rates. Weight bands can also be imported from a spreadsheet under Import.
Settings › Apps & integrations › Couriers connects FedEx, PostEx, Leopards Courier and CallCourier. Turn a courier on, click Configure and enter your account details. A courier is offered at checkout, and in Ship with, only once it is on and fully set up.
To stop a courier being picked for a while, for example over Eid, set Paused until on it with a note such as "Eid closure". Staff see the note and the courier is greyed out until that date.
The Shipping box applies to every booking: the Courier reference prefix printed on consignments, a Dispatch email (label backup) that receives the label when it cannot be stored on the order (never the customer), and how many days to Keep stored labels. Purge stored labels now removes older label copies early; shipments, tracking numbers and the shipping log are kept.
Payments
Settings › Apps & integrations › Payments
Cards & digital wallets: turn on Stripe to accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and paste the keys from your Stripe dashboard.
Manual & offline methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, wire transfer and money transfer services. Turn each one on, set the Checkout label customers see, and click Configure to enter the account details shown at checkout. Which regions offer each method is set on the region.
Customer emails
Settings › Notifications
Every email your store sends, grouped by Orders, Shipping, Payments, Returns, Marketing and Inventory: order confirmation, order completed, shipped with tracking, delivered, payment received, return requested, return received, abandoned cart recovery and back in stock. Switch one off to stop it. Click Preview to see the real email on desktop or phone, in English, Urdu or Arabic.
Every View order button in a customer email opens a private order status page, so customers who checked out as guests can follow their order and its tracking without signing in. The Made-to-order progress email sends "Being made" and "Ready to ship" updates; see What customers see.
Sales channels, data and developer settings
Settings › Sales channels: the places you sell, for example your online store and your shop counter. Each product and stock location is linked to the channels it serves.
Settings › Data & maintenance: Import for bulk files (see Import and export) and Store setup, which shows what is configured and can load a complete setup file.
Settings › Developer: API keys for your storefront and other apps, and a log of background jobs. Your developer or support team uses these; you rarely need them.
Settings › Apps & integrations › AI agents: lets shopping assistants browse your catalogue and place orders. It stays off until every item in its readiness list is resolved; ask your support team before switching it on.
